JD Motorsports with Gary Keller is pleased to announce Colby Howard has partnered with The NASCAR Foundation for this weekend’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 at Texas Motor Speedway. The newly formed partnership will honor charitable nominees as voting continues for The NASCAR Foundation’s 10th Annual Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award.

Since its inception in 2011, The NASCAR Foundation has honored 36 finalists through the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award by contributing $1,575,000 to the children’s causes they represent.

Joe Vaughn won the prestigious award in 2019 through his work with Project Hope Foundation, which aims at assisting children with autism integrate into society. Colby Howard has helped raise awareness for Project Hope Foundation as they have served as his primary sponsor for the majority of the NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

This is the 10th year the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award has been presented. Each of these finalists is guaranteed a $25,000 donation from The NASCAR Foundation – with the overall winner receiving a $100,000 donation.

Award finalists include the following:

·  Daryl Farler from Franklin, Tennessee, a 10-year volunteer with Amputee Blade Runners, an organization that provides free running and sports prosthetics to lower-limb amputees seeking a more active lifestyle;

·  Charlene Greer from Ormond Beach, Florida, a nine-year volunteer with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Volusia / Flagler;

· Larry Jordan from Dacula, Georgia, a 21-year volunteer with Angel Flight Soars, Inc., the original volunteer pilot organization that helps to strengthen families in crisis by eliminating the transportation concern for necessary medical care;

·  Rich Langley from Virginia Beach, Virginia, a nine-year volunteer with Roc Solid Foundation of North Carolina, an organization devoted to using the power of ‘play’ to defeat pediatric cancer.

Colby looks forward to representing the cause, saying “The opportunity to partner with great initiatives such as The NASCAR Foundation and Project Hope Foundation really means a lot to me. Howard has driven in 19 races for JD Motorsports in 2020 with a best finish of 12th at Daytona, and continues to learn the ropes of the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This weekend’s race will be his second start at Texas Motor Speedway, where he finished 23rd in July.

Joining The NASCAR Foundation and Project Hope Foundation will be Guy Roofing, who partnered with Howard initially at Talladega Superspeedway, and continues to support the South Carolina born driver.

The voting process is currently live to determine the overall winner of the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award, and a $100,000 donation from The NASCAR Foundation. TIKTOK BREAKS INTO NASCAR AND PARTNERS WITH RYAN VARGAS AND JD MOTORSPORTS FOR REMAINDER OF 2020 SEASON

JD Motorsports with Gary Keller (JDM) is proud to announce the start of a new, iconic partnership. TikTok, the fastest growing social media platform of the decade, will partner with Ryan Vargas for the remainder of the 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

Vargas has competed for JDM in three NXS races this season with starts at Pocono Raceway, Kansas Speedway, and Darlington Raceway. In 2019, he also made three starts with the team including his debut at Iowa Speedway with others coming at Road America, and Phoenix Raceway.

Jeffrey Earnhardt will have a new, green look this weekend as the NASCAR Xfinity Series heads westward to Las Vegas Motor Speedway. JD Motorsports with Gary Keller welcomes ForeverLawn to the No. 0 Chevy team for the start of a multi-race deal starting in Las Vegas.

JD MOTORSPORTS TABS JADE BUFORD & BIG MACHINE HAND SANITIZER TO JOIN FORCES AT ROAD AMERICA

JD Motorsports with Gary Keller (JDM) is proud to announce that 11-time IMSA/SRO World Challenge winner Jade Buford will make his second-career NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) start driving the No. 6 Big Machine Hand Sanitizer Chevrolet at Road America on August 8th.

Buford, who calls Nashville, TN his home, made his NXS debut at Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s road course earlier in the month with SS-Greenlight Racing. On the July 4th race date, Jade drove the No. 07 Chevrolet to a respectable 14th place finish in just his first ever stock car race.

With a sports car racing background that spans over a decade, Buford looked to NASCAR for his next challenge. Buford’s GT4 record includes race wins at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, Barber Motorsports Park, and Sebring. Along with the race wins, Buford has amassed several pole positions as well, including one at Road America in Pirelli World Challenge competition. He looks to translate that valuable experience into his efforts this weekend at the historic Wisconsin track.

Backing Buford’s second NASCAR-sanctioned start will be Big Machine Hand Sanitizer, owned by Big Machine Label Group President/CEO Scott Borchetta. Borchetta, a road course racer in his own right, co-drives with Jade on various road racing divisions in SVRA competition.

Heading into Road America, Buford looks to build on his finish in his last outing at Indianapolis. Now more familiarized with the heavier stock cars, he believes he can improve in multiple ways. With plenty of laps around the 4.048-mile road course, a Top 10 finish should not be out of the question.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to Road America this Saturday for the second road course race of the year. About Jade Buford:

Jade's start in motorsport began at the age of 18 at PTX, which kickstarted a rapid growth from Porsche Club Racing to professional road racing in IMSA competition and Pirelli World Challenge. He competed in Porsche Club Racing until he made his debut in Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in 2009. He went on to drive for various teams, competing in Rolex GT and driving in the prestigious 24 Hours of Daytona in the GT category three times. Jade has raced full time since 2009 in Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge and in Pirelli World Challenge with several wins and podiums to his name. Other career highlights include setting a record number of poles in a single season, obtaining six poles out of nine qualifying attempts during his 2013 season with Multimatic/Aston Martin Racing and working as a development driver on projects such as the Ford Mustang GT350R and 2017 Ford GT.
